VETERINARY NURSE - PLETTENBERG BAY

Tenikwa Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, situated in Plettenberg Bay, is looking to employ the services of a full time SAVC qualified vet nurse for our rehabilitation and awareness centre for animals.
Candidates with previous experience working with wildlife will be given preference. This is a hands on position and the successful candidate must be prepared to attend to all aspects of animal husbandry, including cleaning enclosures on a daily basis. As the majority of the wildlife admitted are juvenile animals, there is a need for some of them to be hand reared after hours.
We work 5 days a week and 1 weekend per month, but due to the nature of our work candidates must be available after hours and on off weekends to assist in emergencies.
